Licence granted
Purchase grants one purchasing legal entity a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for unlimited internal users across vessels and offices owned or operated by that entity. Internal adaptation of templates is permitted for its own operations.
Excluded use
Group companies are excluded unless separately licensed. Resale, public redistribution, sublicensing and reuse by an external consultant for unrelated clients are prohibited. Copyright and ownership remain with AxiomOrdo Ltd or the identified rights holder.
Versions, updates and support
Archived versions may be retained as clearly marked audit evidence. Purchase does not include guaranteed updates, legal or regulatory monitoring, consultancy, support availability or a response time. Corrective replacement files may be issued at Meriden’s discretion without creating an ongoing obligation.
