Price and contents
Digital download is the standard option. Printed + Digital is available for customers who specifically require paper copies and costs the digital product price plus a fixed £199 supplement. The supplement covers printing, binding and standard tracked UK postage. Editable source files remain digital; only approved printable PDFs are printed.
Timing
Orders are prepared manually. Handling is estimated at 15–20 business days and transit at 5–10 business days, for an estimated delivery time of 4–6 weeks. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. We will contact the customer if fulfilment cannot meet the agreed timetable.
Destinations and tracking
Orders are currently accepted for UK delivery only. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. If international delivery is enabled later, the recipient will be responsible for import VAT, customs duties and clearance charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Problems
Report loss, damage, an incorrect pack or a missing item to support@meridencompliance.com with the order number and supporting photographs where relevant.
