Products and payment
Product pages describe the files and format supplied. Prices are in GBP. A contract is formed when Shopify confirms acceptance of an order. We may reject or refund an order that cannot lawfully or practically be fulfilled.
Digital delivery
Digital files are supplied through Shopify’s download service. Where a customer asks for immediate access, they must expressly consent to supply beginning during the cancellation period and acknowledge the resulting loss of the change-of-mind cancellation right once download supply begins. Statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.
Printed + Digital orders
Digital download is the standard fulfilment option. Customers who specifically require paper copies can select Printed + Digital, which includes the same digital package plus printed and bound versions of approved printable PDFs. It adds a fixed £199 supplement covering printing, binding and standard tracked UK postage. Preparation normally takes 15–20 business days and transit normally takes 5–10 business days, giving an estimated total of 4–6 weeks. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Sales territory and import charges
Orders are currently accepted for UK delivery only. If international delivery is enabled later, the recipient will be responsible for import VAT, customs duties and clearance charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Use and professional responsibility
Products are internal-use tools, not legal advice, certification, approval or evidence that a customer complies with any requirement. Customers remain responsible for competent review, adaptation, approval and application against their vessels, operations, contracts, flag, class and applicable law.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, AxiomOrdo Ltd is not responsible for decisions made without competent review or for indirect business losses arising from unauthorised use. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applying where they live.
