Information and purposes
We use contact, order, payment-status, delivery, support and website-security information to fulfil contracts, deliver downloads and printed orders, answer enquiries, prevent misuse, keep required business records and improve service reliability. Payment card details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers rather than stored by Meriden.
Service providers and international processing
We use service providers including Shopify for commerce, Vercel for website hosting, Microsoft 365 for business communications, and Formspree for website enquiries. Google services may receive product and site information when Merchant or measurement features are enabled. Providers may process information outside the United Kingdom under their contractual safeguards.
Retention and rights
Order and tax records are retained for the periods required by law. Support and enquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, dispute prevention and record keeping. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
